The factory cluster in Pasir Gudang, Johor has been terminated today after a 28-day monitoring process.

Health director-general Datuk Dr Noor Hisham Abdullah said the cluster recorded 15 COVID-19 positive cases, with one death.

In addition, he said six more clusters were still active with the COVID-19 infectivity as of Friday.

“The active clusters include the Kampung Sungai Lui cluster, with an increase of 10 cases, bringing the total to 184 cases.

“The security guard cluster in Cheras has an increase of nine cases, bringing a total of 24 cases.

“The Pudu cluster has two cases increasing to 32 cases while the Pudu cluster has one increase to 162 cases.

"While the Benus, Bentong cluster has an increase of one case to five cases and other clusters have no additional cases today," he said at a press conference here today.

In the meantime, Dr Noor Hisham said there were 11 new cases of COVID-19 involving the Sri Petaling tabligh rally.

Of these, two cases were detected involving the second generation while the rest were the third generation.

According to him, so far 38,411 samples have been collected involving the rally.
