Tunku Ismail Sultan Ibrahim said he is looking forward to openly discuss the fate of Malaysian football.

In a posting on the Johor Southern Tigers’ Facebook page, the Crown Prince of Johor said he hoped the event would allow as many football fans as possible to attend.

"I'm looking forward to the OPEN DISCUSSION we are going to have in front of all Malaysian football fans. Football belongs to the people and they have the right to know about the current situation we are facing now.

"I would appreciate it if they can allow as many football fans as possible to attend, so they can openly ask any question they want," he said late Wednesday.

Earlier, at the SAM-100PLUS 2015 awards night, Khairy had told reporters that he accepts the challenge by Tunku Ismail, popularly known as TMJ, to debate on Malaysia's football fortunes.

The minister, however, have yet to reveal any date or time.
