Datuk Seri Hishammuddin Hussein has confirmed that the fifth victim of the helicopter crash found Saturday evening was the Kuala Kangsar Member of Parliament Datuk Wan Mohammad Khair-il Anuar Wan Ahmad.

The Defence Minister also confirmed the finding of the fourth body, Asmuni Abdullah, husband of Plantation Industries and Commodities deputy minister Datuk Noriah Kasnon.

"The remains of Datuk Wan will be flown will be flown in a special aircraft to Ipoh," he told reporters at the Sarawak General Hospital, here, last night.

He said Asmuni's remains and those of Noriah's bodyguard, Ahmad Sobri Harun, too would be flown to Subang Air Base and Terengganu, respectively, Saturday night.

"Three special aircraft have been provided to bring home all the remains including the late Plantation Industries and Commodities Ministry secretary-general Datuk Dr Sundaran Annamalai which took off just now," he said.

Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak, his wife, Datin Seri Rosmah Mansor and Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Ahmad Zahid Hamidi were also at the hospital to pay their last respects to the deceased.

To date, five bodies in the helicopter tragedy on Thursday had been found while the search for the sixth victim, namely, pilot Rudolf Rex Ragas, would be continued Sunday.

The helicopter departed Betong heading to Kuching at 4.12pm before losing contact, and it went missing not long after.
