SHAH ALAM: Aviation officials, police, and investigators are meticulously searching the location of the private aircraft accident in Bandar Elmina, Shah Alam in search of the aircraft's black box, said Transport Minister Anthony Loke.

Prior its fatal descent, the plane had deviated from its intended course, resulting in a tragic crash that claimed the lives of all passengers and crew members, Loke revealed during the press conference at Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport here today.

He disclosed the names of pilots Shahrul Kamal Roslan and Heikal Aras Abdul Azim who were onboard the plane that crash.

Meanwhile, the names of the other passengers listed in the passenger manifest as Kharil Azwan Jamaludin, Shaharul Amir Omar, Datuk Seri Johari Harun, Mohamad Mohamed Muaidi, Muhammad Taufiq Mohd Zaki and Idris Abdol Talib @ Ramali.

“This is just the manifest and efforts to identify the bodies are ongoing. As for the identity of the two civilians on the ground who were killed during the crash, we are still trying to find out who they are,” Loke said.

He said further confirmation on the identity of all the victims will be announced by police, as verification 
via forensics is being conducted by the hospital.
