1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB) will extend its cooperation to the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) under an announced probe.

Its chairman Tan Sri Lodin Wok Kamaruddin said if invited, he would attend.

"I think they (the rest of the management) have to attend as well," added Lodin, who is also Boustead Holdings Deputy Chairman/Group Managing Director.

On Monday, the PAC chairman Datuk Nur Jazlan Mohamed said the parliamentary committee would begin investigation into 1MDB on May 19.

Lodin said he had yet to check with the 1MDB management on whether they had received any letter from the PAC.

He was speaking after a press conference on the MyTown shopping centre, a joint-venture development between Boustead Holdings and Ikano Pte Ltd here today.
