Malaysia will play against Denmark in the quarterfinals of the Li Ning BWF Thomas Cup 2014 at the Siri Fort Stadium here, today.

"It is a difficult draw but we will try our level best to win. What is important is for us to put forward the best players. We will try to fulfill the country's hopes," National Coach, Rashid Sidek told reporters after the draw lot session today.

Asked on the possible players for the match that would take place at 6 pm local time (8.30 pm Malaysian time), he said he would discuss the line up with the other coaches.

Malaysia's target for the Thomas Cup is to qualify for the semifinals; China is the defending champion.
Meanwhile, China will meet Thailand, while Japan will fight it out with France, and Korea, with Indonesia.
