UMNO Youth members at all levels have been urged to double efforts to achieve the target of 120,000 new members in 2015.

Its chief, Khairy Jamaluddin said UMNO Youth members at federal, state, and branch level should recruit new members continuously until the 14th general election (GE14).

"A campaign will be launched this year to add more UMNO youth members in every state," he told reporters after chairing the UMNO Youth Exco meeting in conjunction with the three-day retreat, here Sunday.

Khairy said UMNO Youth must be smart in drawing interest of the young to share their aspirations and future direction.

"UMNO Youth is not only responsible for attracting the young to support the UMNO struggle but also to turn them into activists and party members," he added.
