KUALA LUMPUR: Sarawak DAP chairman Chong Chieng Jen is leaving it entirely to Sarawak Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR) to resolve the party's political crisis.

He also declined to comment further on the actions of Sarawak PKR chief Larry Sng who resigned and quit the party.

"Actually, I have no comment. This is PKR's internal problem, so let PKR solve this internal problem among them," he said when contacted by Astro AWANI on Sunday.

Asked about the position of the opposition bloc in the  state, Chieng Jen explained that Sarawak Pakatan Harapan remains intact.

He said the cooperation between component parties consisting of DAP, Amanah and PKR remains united in Sarawak.

"The opposition bloc or PH which includes PKR, DAP, Amanah still remains. Only individuals resign from their respective parties but it does not affect cooperation between the parties in PH.

"In fact, Sarawak PH has also completed the seat distribution negotiations ahead of the 12th State Election (PRN). It is a success when we all reached a consensus and agree on the distribution of seats," he said.

Today, Sng resigned as Sarawak PKR Chief and quit the party.
