Two voters from Pandan constituency has lodged a police report on unknown individuals registered in their home addresses, alleging that it could be 'phantom voters'.

K Sivaprakasam, 60, and Seok Leong Yew, 43 was at the Ampang Jaya district police headquarters this morning with PKR Pandan candidate Rafizi Ramli.

Seok said that he found four unidentified voter information slips from BN in his box post this morning at about 7.45am and immediately contacted Pakatan election workers.

"I have been staying at this house at Jalan Dagang 1/3, Pandan Indah, for the past 24 years with my family since it was built, " Seok told reporters here.

Following his complaint, PKR polling agents allegedly found that one of the four people, one Chen Yew Fai, had attempted to after Seok did.

"Our agents objected and the individual did not vote and left. We did not interrogate or stop the person as we don't want to disrupt the process. It is now up to the Election Commission to explain this," Rafizi told reporters.

Rafizi said that especially since there is a hightened concerned over double voting, he is assisting the two voters in lodging the complaint with the police.

He said that checks with the EC electoral role found that the information on the slips talied with the EC website.

"I am not accusing anything and it could be an unclean voter role or a mistake. But it is our responsibility to raise that there is a possibility of these being phantom voters especially with so many reports coming in of the indelible ink actually being washable," Rafizi said.

He said that there is now proof of multiple voting and this is related to problems with the indelible ink.

Meanwhile, Sivaprakasam said that he found three unknown Chinese names in his mailbox in Jalan Dagang 1/3, Taman Dagang, last night.

"I don't know these names and I have been here for more than 10 years," he said.
