Kumpulan Modal Perdana chairman, Datuk Mohamed Ramli Abbas has left it to God on the fate of his wife and two children who are among the passengers of the MH370 which had been missing since early Saturday.

He said he could only be patient and keep calm while waiting for the news update on the missing aircraft.

“That is all that I can do now although in heart, only Allah knows. I pray and leave everything to him now,” said Mohamed Ramli in a telephone conversation with Malaysia Halak Mandailing president Ramli Abdul Karim.

The transcript of the conversation has been shared on the Halak Mandailing Facebook page.

“It is Allah’s fate that they should be onboard of MH370. It is His right to choose them,” the former Celcom chief executive officer said.

His wife, Datin Biby Nazli Mohd Hassim, 62, had boarded the flight with their two children, Maria, 32, and Dina, 30.

Meanwhile, Ramli had called on all Muslims especially the Mandailing clan to pray and perform hajat prayers for the safety of Mohamed Ramli’s family and other passengers of MH370.
