KUALA LUMPUR: The Communications and Multimedia Content Forum of Malaysia (Content Forum) proudly announces the appointment of Mediha Mahmood as its Chief Executive Officer, effective from November 1, 2023. Previously serving as Executive Director, Mediha assumes this new title in recognition of her invaluable contributions and the Content Forum’s commitment to advancing industry standards.
This strategic transition reflects the Content Forum's dedication to align with local and international industry norms and best practices, while maintaining a steadfast focus on its mission. Moreover, the new title signifies the trust placed in Mediha’s exemplary leadership as she continues to enhance her roles and responsibilities.

The Content Forum is an independent self-regulatory organisation and industry forum placed at the forefront of promoting self-regulation of content across electronic networked mediums. It is also responsible for creating and updating the Content Code, a cornerstone in the landscape of content regulation in Malaysia. This Code plays a role in shaping the ethical, responsible, and creative dimensions of the communications and multimedia industry in the nation.
