KOTA BHARU: The three-day Kelantan Keluarga Malaysia Aspirations (AKM) Tour, which began on Friday, is expected to receive almost 100,000 visitors, said Minister of Communications and Multimedia Tan Sri Annuar Musa.

Annuar, who is also the Kelantan AKM Tour coordinator, said it included visitors who did not register themselves.

"Many did not register and I believe the total number of visitors attending the AKM can reach 100,000.

"I hope the objective can be achieved and today's programme will go on until late tonight," he said after visiting the Keluarga Malaysia Sales Auction programme near Sultan Muhammad IV Stadium here today.

Meanwhile, Annuar hoped that the sixth edition of the AKM Tour would benefit everyone in Kelantan through the various programmes, exhibitions and activities carried out.

The Kelantan AKM Tour, themed 'Malaysian Family Digital Family' that ends tonight, lined up various activities, among them the RIUHxJAKM, Khemah Citarasa Keluarga Malaysia and sales by small and medium industries (SMIs).

The AKM tour is a continuation of the 100-Day Aspirasi Keluarga Malaysia event, with 14 locations involved and programmes held in the form of services to the people.
