American rock band Lifehouse is set to join the eclectic line-up entertaining fans at the Twin Towers @Live 2014 concert come March 28 and 29, 2014 at Plaza Petronas.

Also announced in the line up is Sam Dowden, a talented young musician making his first appearance in Malaysia.

They have been announced alongside several other big international artists such as Christina Aguilera, K-Pop sensation Rain and British icons Craig David and Rick Astley at the event.

Sharing the stage with these international stars are Malaysia’s very own artistes; Joe Flizzow, Altimet, SonaOne, Ila Damia and DJ Biggie, not forgetting two up and coming bands Oh Chentaku and Irama.


Lifehouse’s first album ‘No Name Face’ sold 2.5 million copies worldwide. After the release of their first album, they rocked the music industry with more hit singles such as ‘Spin’, ‘Hanging By a Moment’, ‘You and Me’, ‘First Time’, ‘Whatever It Takes’and ‘Halfway Gone’ and sold more than 15 million records.

Lifehouse’s popularity grew from strength to strength into their fame over the years with their hit single ‘Hanging By A Moment’ which made into the Billboard Magazine’s Song Of The Year in 2000.

So popular was their music that they have been featured in a variety of TV Shows including ‘Smallville’, ‘Grey’s Anatomy’, ‘Scrubs’, ‘Criminal Minds’ and the film ‘The Time Traveler’s Wife’.

Sam Dowden meanwhile is a young guitarist from London who started playing at the age of 10 and released his first album in 2012.

He is known for his gentle yet powerful voice and percussive acoustic guitar with BBC describing his as ‘One of the best singer-songwriters’ alongside James Morrison after his extended play release ‘All to Love’ in 2013.


Since 2011, the Twin Towers @Live concert has been held in conjunction with the Formula One race at the Sepang International Circuit.

Last year, the Twin Towers @Live event brought Demi Lovato, Backstreet Boys, 2NE1 and K-Pop star U-kiss with more than 50,000 in attendance.
