Give him activity reports or other similar documents of Selangor and not payola. This was the call of Selangor Menteri Besar Mohamed Azmin Ali as stated in a circular by the state department and agencies via a circular dated Nov 13.

The Malaysian Insider reported that the circular was signed by state secretary Datuk Mohd Khusrin Munawi.

Earlier this month, Mohamed Azmin made headlines when he dished out his personal mobile number for urging the public to message him directly to report on unmanned rubbish in the state.

"I have instructed the Petaling Jaya City Council and the Subang Jaya Municipal Council as well. I have given them three months, until December 2014, for all rubbish to be cleared.

“I want Petaling Jaya to become the cleanest district in Selangor.

"If you see any uncollected rubbish, you can text me. This is my number: 012-2052020," he tweeted. Merely minutes after he tweeted, the message went viral and received over 900 retweets.
