A kettle, a pillow and a blanket and two water heaters were among the items stolen from a budget hotel in Seri Kembangan in September.

Two men and a woman, believed to be in their 30s, are the main suspects in the theft incident as the police are still searching for their wherabouts to assist in investigations.

Also missing from the hotel are two LCD televisions. The total cost of loss is estimated at RM5,000.

The trio checked into the hotel after paying RM315 for a room on Sept 29. Registered under the name 'Sivan', the suspects booked another room the following evening. They left the hotel at night and never returned.

Selangor CID chief SAC Mohd Adnan Abdullah revealed the hotel staff, who were cleaning up both rooms on Oct 1, were shocked to find several electrical appliances and items missing.

“We believe the items were packed in their luggage before they left the hotel on Sept 30,” added Adnan.

The suspects were captured by the hotel's CCTV.

Meanwhile, police are still on the lookout for a lady who stole five cartons of beer and two packets of Milo from a 24-hour store in Seri Kembangan on Sept 27.

She was caught on the store's CCTV stealing the items by sneaking them through her baggy attire within 15 minutes.

Police urged members of the public with information to step forward by contacting the Seri Kembangan police station or notifing the nearest police station.
