PUTRAJAYA:All government services will operate with the presence of 30 per cent of the management group while the supporting group would be determined by the respectively heads of departments during the Movement Control Order (MCO), Conditional MCO and Recovery MCO from Jan 13 to 26.

The Chief Secretary to the Government, Tan Sri Mohd Zuki Ali said the rotation system on work from home would be continued according to needs by taking into consideration the welfare of civil servants as in the Circular of the Public Service Department Reference JPA.SARAAN (S) 256/6/31 JLD.6 (6) dated 2 May 2020.

"The SOP (standard operating procedures) of MCO, CMCO and RMCO issued by the National Security Council (MKN) including all directives by the authorities should be fully complied with," he said in a statement following the announcement by Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin today on the implementation of the three categories of MCO.

MCO will be enforced in Penang, Selangor, Federal Territories (Kuala Lumpur, Putrajaya and Labuan), Melaka, Johor and Sabah.

CMCO will be implemented in Pahang, Perak, Negeri Sembilan, Kedah, Terengganu and Kelantan, while Perlis and Sarawak will come under RMCO.

"Head of the departments should ensure all SOPs on safety and health are adhered to, such as scanning body temperature, practising physical distancing, wearing face mask and providing hand sanitizer," said Mohd Zuki.
