Kedua-dua filem terbitan Netflix itu diikuti dengan kemasukan empat kategori oleh filem Joker, dibintangi oleh Joaquin Phoenix yang turut tersenarai dalam kategori Pelakon Terbaik.
Anugerah tersebut akan berlangsung di Beverly Hills, Los Angeles pada malam 5 Januari waktu tempatan bersamaan dengan 9 pagi 6 Januari waktu Malaysia.
Ricky Gervais yang cukup terkenal untuk gaya jenakanya yang gemar menyindir dan mengutuk bintang Hollywood bakal menjadi pengacara anugerah itu buat kali kelima.
