If you have ever watched the movie 'Monte Carlo' starring Selena Gomez (as both poor and rich girl) and her fake phone conversations, you will surely notice the Hotel de Paris. This is the hotel where she and her friends (entourage) pretend to be the rich Selena Gomez and 'borrowed' the Bvlgari necklace.

(The Hotel de Paris. Where Selena Gomez fakes inaudible British accent.)

I'm not going to discuss that movie deeper.

If you look closer, in that movie, the scene where the 'rich' Selena arrives in her limo, you can see the Monte Carlo Casino. Look closer. There, I'm sure you can spot it.

Tonight, behind the said casino, Casino Terrase, will be the venue for the welcome reception and World Entrepreneur of the Year Hall of Fame Induction. During this event, to be held later at 7.00 pm local time (1.00am Kuala Lumpur), Ernst and Young will recognize and honor the Entrepreneur of The Year 2012 country winners and induct them as lifetime members.

Some of this year's winners include, Founder and President of Hybrid Social Solutions, Jaimi Ayala. Ayala is a social entrepreneur with a mission. He wants the people in remote villages in the Phillipines to climb out of poverty by providing them with solar-powered products.

There is also Group Managing Director of QL Resources, Dr Chia Song Kun who built a multinational agro-food empire with a market capitalization of over USD800 million. QL is among the largest egg producers in Southeast Asia. He represents Malaysia. (Go Malaysia!).

Another impressive country winner is Emmanuel Katongole of Quality Chemical Industry,QCIL, from Uganda. Katongole works hard to solve two biggest problems in Uganda. HIV/AIDS and Malaria.

QCIL is the only pharmaceutical company in Sub-Saharan Africa that manufactures triple combination antiretroviral ARV drugs for reducing virulence of the HIV infection. If that doesnt impress you, try this, the company through its awareness program has decreased HIV/AIDS incidence rate fro 15% to 8% in 5 years.
