Selangor moved to the top of the Super League table in style by defeating last season's champion Kelantan, 2-0 at the Shah Alam Stadium, on Friday.

Selangor who started the match aggressively, found the opening through star import Francis Forkey Doe's header while defender Ramez Dayoub made it 2-0 in the 26th minute with a powerful header.

In KUALA TERENGGANU, home team Terengganu clinched their first victory of the season by beating Perak 2-0 at the Sultan Ismail Nasiruddin Shah Stadium, Kuala Terengganu with goals from Ashaari Shamsudin (12th min) and Jean Emmanuel Effa Owana (42nd min).

In Premier League matches played today, Sime Darby moved to the top of the Premier League table after whipping NS Betaria 6-0 at the Hang Tuah Stadium in Melaka.

Sime Darby who have collected 14 points, clinched the victory with a hattrick from import Karlo Primorac (6th, 73rd, 81st minutes), a brace from Fadzli Saari (57th and 69th min) and Mohd Yusof Zainal Abidin (89th min).

Police saw their unbeaten record dashed after a 0-1 loss to Sarawak at the Sarawak State Stadium with Joseph Kalang Tie netting the winner in the 23rd minute.

UiTM FC also registered their first win to collect three points after upsetting Sabah 2-0 at the UiTM Stadium in Shah Alam.
