The Friday's decision to suspend UMNO deputy president Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin drew mixed reaction from the party’s top leaders.

In general, they hope that the decision made via consensus of UMNO Supreme Council members will strengthen the party ahead of the 14th General Election (GE).
