Gerakan Youth machinery to assist BN in Sarawak SE-11

GerakanYouth willmobiliseits machinery to assist Barisan Nasional (BN) in the Sarawak 11th State Election.

Its chief Tan Keng Liang said the movement's main role would be to counter propaganda hurled by opposition parties.

"So the main thing is the propaganda by the opposition, which we have to tackle fast," he told reporters after the launch of a meeting and general election workshop by party president Datuk Seri Mah Siew Keong, Saturday.

Onthe workshop, he said the movement was making early preparations as advised byMah, to face the general election.

"Today's workshop is for the national youth central committee and this is just the first step," he said, adding that similar workshops would be held atstate level.
