Malaysia and Nepal held discussion on Nepalese workers when the two country's leaders met today.

Malaysia's Deputy Prime Minister, Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Zahid Hamidi received a courtesy call from Nepal's Minister of State For Labour and Employment, Tek Bahadur Gurung at his office, here.

According to officials, Ahmad Zahid and Tek Bahadur had discussed on Nepalese foreign workers during their 40-minute meeting.

Also present at the meeting were Immigration director-general, Datuk Mustafa Ibrahim, the Home Ministry's deputy secretary-general (Operations), Datuk Wahab Mohd Yasin and Nepal's ambassador to Malaysia, Dr Hiranjan Man Singh Basnyat.
