The number of flood victims in Kelantan dropped further to 18,570 people at 65 evacuation centres in seven districts as at 8pm Sunday.
At late afternoon, there were still 20,227 people at 70 evacuation centres.
According to the state government's flood portal, the number of evacuees in Pasir Mas has dropped slightly to 11,408 people at 39 evacuation centres in the district, from 11,755 people earlier.
However in Tumpat, another eight people were evacuated since this afternoon, bringing the total number of evacuees at the eight relief centres in the district to 5,328 people tonight.
The number of flood victims in Kuala Krai has also dropped to 814 people at the five evacuation centres, from 1,928 people earlier, and in Machang, the total number of flood victims remained at 75 people at two evacuation centres.
There was also no change in the number of flood victims in Pasir Puteh, totalling 619 people at four centres; Tanah Merah (286/six centres) and Kota Baharu (40/one centre).
The flood, since last Dec 16, had claimed four lives in Kelantan.
The water in Sungai Golok at Rantau Panjang has exceeded the danger level with a reading at 10.34m (danger level is 9m).
Meanwhile, two roads in Pasir Mas and one in Pasir Puteh, which were closed due to the floods, have been opened to traffic tonight.
The affected roads are KM10 Jalan Pohon Tanjung-Meranti and KM7 Jalan Pasir Mas-Meranti, in Pasir Mas, while the road stretch in Pasir Puteh is at KM3.5 Jalan Pasir Puteh-Semerak.
Four roads in the state are still closed to all traffic.
They are at KM11 Jalan Rantau Panjang (Jalan Lama) Kampung Siram and KM12 Jalan Bukit Tuku-Batu Hampar, both in Pasir Mas, and two roads in Tumpat, at KM8 Jalan Cabang 4 Kampung Jambu-Meranti and Jalan Kota Baharu-Pengkalan Kubor in Kampung Neting.
Five road are only passable to heavy traffic and they are at KM2 Jalan Keselamatan (Kasban) Pengkalan Kubor-Kampung Jambu in Tumpat; KM1.5 Jalan Tanah Merah-Kusial-Kampung Ipoh in Tanah Merah and KM12 Jalan Rantau Panjang-Panglima Bayu, KM3 Jalan Pengkalan Rakit and KM23 Jalan Bangol Kulim Lokasi 2 in Pasir Mas.
