McDonald’s Malaysia will continue its investigation over a ‘fake delivery’ and robbery involving President of Muscleteer Malaysia Fadzli Fadhillah.

"We have identified the alleged rider in question and have directed our McDelivery business partner to suspend him from delivery duties pending our investigation. An appropriate course of action will be taken once our internal investigation is completed.

"We’ve noted that a police report has been lodged by Mr Fadzli and it is our intention to render our full cooperation to the law enforcement authorities in their investigation,” said McDonald’s Malaysia spokesperson Melati Abdul Hai via an email to Astro AWANI.

She said that that the company does not condone any unlawful behavior.

“We have also reached out to Mr Fadzli with respect to the alleged incident and will continue to communicate with him from time to time,” she said.

On June 17, the alleged 'delivery boy' robbed him off RM100 during a fake delivery to his apartment located in Bandar Tasik Selatan here.

Fadzli said the fast food chain staff had been to his house to deliver food before and had probably observed the house and his condition the first time.

“He didn’t run away. He just walked to the lift knowing that I was not able to catch him,” he said when met at his house recently.

He said new rules and act should be introduced to protect People with Disability (PWD) because PWD has so many limitations and helpless to protect themselves.
