Ridzuan's personal assistant, Mohd Hanafiah Abu Bakar said that Ridzuan was stable and admitted to Hospital Sultanah Nur Zahirah here since yesterday evening after being suspected of contracting dengue fever.
According to Ridzuan's family members, they also regretted the false news spread by irresponsible parties by means of a photo of Ridzuan while receiving treatment at the hospital and spreading the word the assemblyman had supposedly died at 2.45pm today.
The Facebook page 'Ustaz Ridzuan Hashim Official' also denied the false news spread about Ridzuan's health status.
