The special ASEAN Leaders Meeting in Jakarta has taken centre stage with the international community waiting to see if the grouping can emerge with a tangible outcome for the crisis in Myanmar.

Indian Ocean Rim Association (IORA) member countries have been urged to cooperate, consolidate and focus on tangible outcome in making the grouping more effective and to benefit its people.
