#KiniNews: ‘No further action’ on Khairuddin over quarantine breach

The Attorney-General's Chambers (AGC) has decided that no further action will be taken against Plantation Industries and Commodities Minister Khairuddin Aman Razali for breaching the compulsory Covid-19 quarantine order, according to Federal Criminal Investigation Department director Huzir Mohamed.

Huzir said the investigation papers were sent to the AGC and the instruction was 'NFA' (no further action) because the minister was not provided with the 14B form to undergo quarantine."

Based on the absence of any "concrete statement", he said the AGC decided not to charge the minister.

#KiniNews: AGC seeks more details from police on Khairuddin case

The Attorney-General's Chamber (AGC) has instructed the police to take "several more actions" over their investigation against Plantation Industries and Commodities Minister Khairuddin Aman Razali.

Federal CID director Huzir Mohamed said investigation papers were returned to the police by the AGC and the police hope to complete the process soon.

Khairuddin was probed for violating quarantine orders after returning from Turkey in July.
