Appeals Court allows MACC's appeal to forfeit property belonging to Mohd Arif
MACC has succeeded in its appeal to forfeit cash amounting to RM540,000 and eight gold pieces belonging to former Rural and Regional Development Ministry Ministry secretary-general Datuk Mohd Arif.
