To commemorate #InternationalWomensDay 2024, this episode of #TheFutureIsFemale aims to shine a spotlight on a pressing issue at the intersection of gender equality and healthcare: the gender pain gap. Melisa Idris speaks to Dr Hannah Nazri, Director and Founder of the collective, Malaysian Doctors for Women & Children. She is a National Institute for Health and Care Research Academic Clinical Fellow in Obstetrics & Gynaecology at the University of Warwick, and has completed her PhD in endometriosis research at the Oxford University. She is also a member of the Board of Advisors for the Asia Network to End FGM/C.
