Court orders man who went amok on highway to undergo psychiatric evaluation
The Sessions Court today ordered a man who went amok on the NSE at Kuala Kangsar to be referred to Hospital Bahagia Ulu Kinta for 30 days of psychiatric evaluation and observation.
