MIC, DAP welcome move to list Vivekananda Ashram as a heritage site
The DAP and MIC welcomed Datuk Seri Nazri Aziz's announcement today that the century-old Vivekananda Ashram in Brickfields will be listed as a heritage site.

Govt offer to gazette Vivekananda Ashram as heritage site rejected - Tourism Minister
The Board of Trustees of the Vivekananda Ashram in Brickfields rejected a government offer in 2008 to gazette the 110-year-old building as a heritage site, said Datuk Seri Mohamed Nazri Abdul Aziz.
