Syed Amen Jainul Abdin didakwa melakukan perbuatan itu dengan tujuan mengaibkan pegawai JPJ di luar lobi JPJ Batu Uban, pada 26 November lepas.

Car wash owner charged with uttering harsh words against RTD officer
Syed Amen Jainul Abdin, 45, was charged with the offence aimed at humiliating Asymal Mansur, 41, outside the lobby of the RTD Batu Uban branch at 4.45 pm, on Nov 26.
