Maxis to acquire remaining 25 pct stake in AWT for RM15.83 mln
Maxis Bhd has signed a share purchase agreement with MBNS Multimedia Technologies Sdn Bhd to acquire the remaining 25 per cent non-controlling interest in Advanced Wireless Technologies Sdn Bhd.
