Puncak Niaga's suit against Khalid Ibrahim go for full trial at Shah Alam High Court
The Federal Court today ordered the RM13.5 billion lawsuit by Puncak Niaga Holdings Bhd against Khalid Ibrahim over the restructuring of the state's water services industry to go for full trial.
