Rajagobal shorlisted for AFF Best Coach Award

National head coach Datuk K. Rajagobal was among four coaches short listed for the Asean Football Federation's (AFF) Best Coach Award, held for the first time in Kuantan, tomorrow.
Three other coaches on the list are Singapore coach Radojko Avramovic, Winfried Anton Schafer (Thailand) and Hans Micheal Weiss (Philippines).
Apart from Best Coach (Men & Women), the awards night will also include AFF Association of the Year; National Team of the Year (Men & Women ); Team of the Year; Futsal Team of the Year; Player of the Year (Men & Women); Youth Player of the Year; Futsal Player of the Year; Best Goal in the AFF Suzuki Cup 2012; Fair Play Award; Referee of the Year (Men & Women); Assistant Referee of the Year (Men & Women); Life Service Award; AFF Best XI.
The sponsors for the awards night include the Pahang State Government, Football Association of Malaysia and Hyatt Regency Kuantan Resort, Tourism Malaysia, Telekom Malaysia and Genting Bhd.
AFF President Sultan Ahmad Shah who is also the Sultan of Pahang and his son Tengku Mohkota Pahang, Tengku Abdullah Sultan Ahmad Shah are expected to grace the awards night.
