The final list of national riders who will represent the country's challenge at the 2013 Asian Cycling Championship (ACC) in New Delhi, India is expected to be known on Thursday, January 31.

Malaysian National Cycling Federation president, Datuk Abu Samah Abdul Wahab said, the list would be decided by the PKBM selection committee which would meet on that date.

He said, 43 riders had been listed to date, but the number would be reduced to 30 for the championship which is scheduled from March 7 to 17.

"I will personally chair the meeting with several members of the selection committee before we pick the names of those qualified to represent the country," he told reporters during a media conference, here, today.

Abu Samah, who is the Asian Cycling Confederation vice-president, confirmed two national cyclists, who represented the country at the London Olympics, Mohammad Adiq Husaini Othman and Amir Mustafa Rusli, would be among names short listed for the ACC this year.
