2014 Malaysia Cup: T-Team, JDT II fill final two slots

Super League teams, T-Team and Johor Darul Ta'zim II (JDT II) from the Premier League filled the two final slots for the 2014 Malaysia Cup after winning in last night's play-off.
T-Team defeated Negeri Sembilan, which is at the sixth ranking of the Premier League with a close win of 1-0 at the Shah Alam Stadium.
The solitary goal was scored by striker Mohd Ramzul Zahini Adenan in the 42nd minute.
In the Selayang Municipal Council Stadium, JDT II, which is in the Premier League fifth ranking thrashed Super League 12th position PKNS FC with a 2-1 victory.
The two goals were netted by former national striker Mohd Zaquan Adha Abdul Radzak at the 45th minute and Akmal Ishak at the 80th minute.
T-Team and JDT II will join 14 other teams to qualify automatically for the Malaysia Cup that is scheduled for August.
The teams are Johor Darul Ta'zim, Selangor, Pahang, Terengganu, Sime Darby, Kelantan, Sarawak, Lions XII, Perak and ATM from Super league while PDRM, Felda United FC, Pulau Pinang and Kedah are from Premier League.
