Pakatan Rakyat is on the verge of collapse in Sabah as several PKR and DAP leaders in the state have quit the party, Barisan Nasional (BN) Strategic Communications director Datuk Abdul Rahman Dahlan said.

In a statement posted via Twitter @mpkotabelud here Sunday, Abdul Rahman, who is also BN state secretary said those who left the two parties claimed that PKR and DAP were not useful.

The Kota Belud MP was commenting on thequitannouncement by Sabah PKR chairman Datuk Seri Lajim Ukin, Moyog assemblyman Terrence Siambun from PKR and Likas assemblyman Junz Wong from DAP Sunday.


Last week, PKR's Penampang MP DarellLeikingalso left the party and declared his intention to join a local political party in Sabah, chaired by former UMNO vice-president Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal. --Bernama
