It is not possible for PAS to sit at the same table and cooperate with DAP and Parti Amanah Negara (Amanah) in Pakatan Harapan as it is chary from past experience.
PAS vice-president Datuk Mohd Amar Nik Abdullah, who is also Kelantan Deputy Menteri Besar, said the party's stand as of now was not to have any cooperation with PAS and Amanah as it was focusing on empowering the third opposition block.
"We have experienced working with DAP. So, it may be difficult for us to repeat the cooperation. We will not discuss our stand thus far with Amanah and DAP.
"We still have ties with Parti Keadilan Rakyat (PKR), it's still not severed.
"We are endeavouring to strengthen the third block (with Parti Ikatan Bangsa Malaysia). Perhaps it will take a little bit of time," he told reporters at a breaking-of-fast with Kelantan media practitioners, here, last night.
He was asked to comment on the suggestion by PKR deputy president, Datuk Seri Mohamed Azmin Ali, who is also Selangor Menteri Besar, that PAS returned to the fold under Pakatan Harapan to face Barisan Nasional (BN) in the 14th general election.
