Muhyiddin Yassin to register new political party today

Speculations about a new political party headed by Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin will be answered today.

The former Deputy Prime Minister is scheduled to register the new party at the Registar of Societies (RoS at Putrajaya today.

A news portal today reported that the party will be named Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia.

Muhyiddin is rumoured to hold the position of the party president while former Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad will be its chairman.
