Saifuddin inspects Malaysia Day event rehearsal in Sibu

Minister of Communications and Multimedia Datuk Saifuddin Abdullah was present to inspect the full dress rehearsal for the Malaysia Day 2020 celebration at the Sibu Indoor Stadium here last night.

Also present was Sarawak Utility Minister Datuk Seri Dr Stephen Rundi Utom, who is co-organising chairman of the event.

The full dress rehearsal featured various performances including the ‘Regimented Dance Formation’ dance, a video presentation to be featured at the opening ceremony as well as the flag-raising ceremony of the Jalur Gemilang by Royal Malaysian Navy personnel.

The Malaysia Day 2020 celebrations this Wednesday will be attended by Prime Minister Tan Sri Muhyiddin Yassin, Sarawak Chief Minister Datuk Patinggi Abang Johari Tun Openg and Cabinet ministers.
