Red flag over H5N1 outbreak in Kelantan

The H5N1 influenza in Kelantan has spread over two new districts, making the number of affected areas to 23 villages in Kota Bharu, Pasir Mas, Bachok and Pasir Puteh.
With the spread of the virus, a National Security Council 20 (MKN 20) order has been issued for all parties involved to cooperate.
