Petrol prices down by 2 sen, diesel by 4 sen

Fuel and diesel prices will see a decrease by two sen and four sen, respectively from midnight, tonight.

The new prices for RON95 will be RM1.89, down from 1.91 per litre, RON97 will retail at RM2.15, down from RM2.17 per litre, while diesel will be priced at RM1.84 per litre, down from RM1.88.

The new prices will be in effect from July 5 until July 12.

The weekly retail pricing mechanism was introduced in April this year.

The new weekly price was posted on the Domestic Trade, Cooperatives and Consumerism Ministry’s Twitter account today.
