Man's body found stuffed in luggage bag

The body was sent to the Sultan Ismail Hospital for post-mortem.
The body of a Vietnamese man stuffed in a luggage bag was found by the house owner of a rented house at Jalan Teratai 7, Johor Jaya, Saturday.
Alam police chief Supt Samad Salleh said the body with no identification documents on it was found at 2.10pm in one of the rooms in the house.
He said the victim was believed to have died three to four days.
There were slash wounds on the body, believed to be caused by , he said when contacted here today.
The body was sent to the Sultan Ismail Hospital for post-mortem.
Samad also urged the public to come forward with information relating to case by contacting any police station or Johor Police hotline at 07-2212999 or Seri Alam Police hotline at 07-3864222.
Meanwhile, in BUKIT MERTAJAM, the body of a man with several stab wounds was found in an oil palm plantation at Jalan Sungai Lembu, here last night.
Seberang Perai Tengah police chief ACP Rusli Mohd Noor said the maggot-infested body with no identification documents was found by a about 8pm.
"Initial investigations found the victim, in his 30s, has been dead more than three days and he was wearing a pair of jeans and a ," he said.
The police have not ruled out the possibility the victim was killed elsewhere before the body was dumped at the site, he said.
The body was sent to the Seberang Jaya Hospital.
Rusli has urged those with information on the incident to contact any police station to facilitate investigations.
