A man was sentenced to a RM5,000 fine by the Kuala Lumpur Sessions Court when he pleaded guilty to sending an obscene video to a woman via email on January 15.
The accused, Azmi Yahya, committed the offence emailed a video of an unknown woman performing oral sex to a man via his e-mail account to the victim's e-mail.
According to a statement by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (the man was sentenced on Jan 15, before Judge Zulqarnain Hassan.
Azmi pleaded guilty for his offence, which could land him a three months' jail term if he fails to settle the fine.
