All Malaysian haj pilgrims have completed the mandatory ritual of stoning of the devil here yesterday (Friday) as part of the requirement for performing the haj.
After performing the stoning ritual at Jamrah Kubra on 10 Zulhijjah (1 Sept), the Malaysian pilgrims had been relieved from 10 prohibitions of the 'ihram' and were only subjected to three other prohibitions.
All the Malaysian pilgrims would be in Mina up to 13 Zulhijjah (Sept 4) to stone the three jamrah namely Sugra, Wusta and Kubra on the 11, 12 and 13 of Zulhijjah.
Masyair Director of Operations, Mohd Norber Kassim said the movements of the Malaysian haj pilgrims for stoning the Jamrah Kubra went smoothly although there were several cases Malaysian pilgrims having lost their way and were tired.
"For those who had lost their way or were sick, we immediately sent aid. We have deployed personnel at several waiting posts as well as rescue teams comprising medical and welfare staff," he told reporters here on Friday.
