Haze: Schools in KL, Selangor, Putrajaya, N.Sembilan, Malacca to close today

Education Minister Datuk Seri Mahdzir Khalid has instructed all schools in Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Putrajaya, Negeri Sembilan and Malacca to be closed today following the unhealthy levels of haze in these areas.
The Air Pollutant Index (API) in these areas had exceeded the hazardous level of 200, as of 11pm on Monday.
The announcement of the closures was verified by Deputy Education Minister, P. Kamalanathan in a Twitter post on Monday night.
