Four Singaporeans were reported missing on Gunung Angsi near here, after climbing the mountain early Sunday morning.

Negeri Sembilan Fire and Rescue asst director of operations Ahmad Mukhlis Mukhtar said they consist of three men and a woman aged between 21 and 27 years.

"They began climbing the mountain at 8 am and lost their way at 11am. We received an emergency call from the police at 7.30pm.

"A search and rescue operation was launched at 8 pm by 15 members from Kuala Pilah and Senawang fire stations," he said when contacted by Bernama.

The four Singaporeans were found exhausted near a factory hostel in Senawang at 9pm.
