First Zika case involving a pregnant woman in Malaysia

The woman who lives in Taman Desa Harmoni, believed pregnant between 3 and 4 months, is the first case of pregnant women infected with Zika virus in Malaysia.
Health Minister Datuk Seri Dr S Subramaniam confirmed today another case of Zika virus infection in Johor Bahru, involving a pregnant Malaysian woman.
With the latest addition, the number of Zika virus case in Malaysia now totals at three cases.
The woman who lives in Taman Desa Harmoni, believed pregnant between 3 and 4 months, is the first case of pregnant women infected with Zika virus in Malaysia.
The 27-year-old woman's husband works in Singapore.
