Twenty five victims were found safe in the waters near Labuan after the catamaran they were on sank, Saturday.
The boat were carrying 31 people on board, 28 of which are Chinese nationals.
The search and rescue operation is ongoing for the remaining six victims still missing.
Earlier, the skipper and a crewman of the ill-fated catamaran have been found safe in waters between Pulau Tiga and the Samarang offshore petroleum platform at about 2pm today.
Pulau Tiga is about 53km away from Pulau Mengalum, and 50km from Tanjung Aru jetty.
The catamaran is believed to have gone missing while en route from the Tanjung Aru jetty here to Pulau Mengalum, about 56km northwest from Kota Kinabalu.
The Malaysian Maritime Enforcement Agency (MMEA) said the catamaran left the jetty at 9am.
